Question:
I have paid for a trial (or) full membership, but my username/password is not working.
Answer:
Usernames and passwords are CaSe SenSiTivE. For example if you signed up as the user "John" with the password "Doe" the username/password combo will only work as John/Doe. It will NOT work as john/doe. Please try your username/password again, if it still does not work please contact us
Question:
When trying to save images, they save as bitmap's instead of jpeg's.
Answer:
This issue can be fixed by clearing out your cache in Internet Explorer. Please follow these direction:
1. Go to Tools
2. Internet Options...
3. Click the General tab
4. Click the button "Delete Files..."
5. Then click OK in the window that pops up.
Note: This may take a few minutes depending on how fast your computer is.
Question:
When checking the "Remember me" checkbox, I still have to login each time I return.
Answer:
This is usually an issue with your browsers security settings. In Internet Explorer follow these directions to allow our sites to save your information without having to change your browsers security settings.
1. Go to Tools
2. Internet Options...
3. Click the Privacy tab
4. In the "Web Sites" frame click "Edit..."
5. In the text box (Address of Web site) add "angelsofporn.net" and click "Allow"
6. Click OK, and then OK once more in "Internet Options" window.
Mozilla users do this:
1. Go to Tools
2. Options...
3. Click the Privacy tab
4. Go to "Cookies"
5. Click the "Exceptions..." button
5. In the text box (Address of website) add "angelsofporn.net" and click "Allow"
6. Click OK, and then OK once more in "Options" window.
Question:
I have a valid membership to your sites, but each time I try to login it takes me to: http://angelsofporn.net/401.html
Answer:
This happens when a user connects with to many different IP's within a 24 hour period. This occurs when password are either hacked or shared amongst other people. You will need to contact us directly to resolve this issue. You can contact us by clicking here.
